  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $4.99 for all orders under $30.00.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

To ensure quality, every order undergoes a careful processing phase before it is handed over to the carrier.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days (Order preparation, quality check, and packaging).

  • Shipping Time: 5-10 Business Days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Note on Tracking Updates: For many shipping carriers, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to sync and update in the system. If your tracking number shows "no information available" after this period, please don't hesitate to contact us.

LOGISTICS & PACKAGING

For logistical reasons and to ensure the fastest delivery, items in the same purchase may occasionally be sent in separate packages, even if you requested combined shipping.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

TANAES is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout. Please verify your shipping and billing details carefully before completing your purchase.

If we make an error in your shipment, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no additional cost.
